Accessibility statement

Mainstream Cleaning aims for the website to be usable with keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom and common mobile devices. The build uses semantic landmarks, visible focus, labelled forms, alt text and reduced-motion support. This statement should be updated after independent live testing and when material site changes are made. Users should be able to move through navigation and forms without a mouse, understand headings in a logical order, identify form requirements and receive information without depending only on colour. Images that convey service information use descriptive alternatives, while decorative presentation should not interrupt assistive technology. The site is designed to reflow at enlarged text and narrow viewport sizes without horizontal scrolling. Downloadable PDF material may present additional accessibility limitations; anyone who needs the capability statement in another format can request a plain-text or accessible alternative. When reporting a problem, include the page address, the task being attempted, the browser or assistive technology used and the preferred contact method. This helps the team reproduce the barrier and provide an interim alternative while a correction is assessed.
