What to have ready
You do not need a formal tender document. A postcode, approximate floor area, current cleaning frequency, preferred cleaning time and target start date are enough to begin. If you have an existing cleaning plan, complaint log, floor plan or list of occasional jobs, those can also be helpful.
During the visit, we look at access, security, storage, washrooms, floor finishes, busy areas and any extra services you may need. Afterwards, Mainstream Cleaning can confirm whether we can help and prepare a straightforward quote for everyone involved in the decision.
