Cookie policy

The site uses essential storage for core functions such as consent and secure forms. Analytics should not start until the visitor accepts it. The consent banner offers analytics or essential-only choices and stores the decision locally. You can change or withdraw your choice through the consent controls. Essential technologies may remember the visitor's consent preference, support navigation, protect forms from automated abuse and route submitted enquiries. They are used because the requested service cannot operate reliably without them. Optional analytics, when enabled, should provide aggregated information about page use, service interest and conversion paths without sending names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postcodes or free-text enquiry content. Visitors can choose essential-only use when the banner appears. They can later clear stored site data in the browser to reset the choice, and the production site should provide a direct preference control if the final consent platform supports it. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect saved preferences or form security. Third-party embeds, such as maps, may make requests to their own provider when loaded; the final register should name each provider, purpose, storage item and duration. This notice must be kept aligned with the deployed loader, analytics property, anti-spam controls and any later marketing technology. New non-essential categories should not be enabled silently. Mainstream Cleaning should review the consent record whenever a provider, form tool, embedded service or measurement purpose changes. Where a visitor raises a question, the team should be able to explain which category was active, how to withdraw the choice and where further privacy information can be found.
